Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Axle Apartments in Fridley, MN. You will perform make-ready tasks, handle basic repairs, and support resident satisfaction through timely, professional service.

You will work on plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance, with on-call shifts for after-hours emergencies. A valid driver's license and safety certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related trade training preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year of related maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make ready apartments, including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Responds to resident requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities.
• Performs maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance supervisor.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and follows safety procedures.
