Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Groundskeeper, Multifamily (Floating) to maintain exterior spaces at our apartment communities in Denver. You will perform landscape upkeep, pool and exterior area cleaning, and respond to resident maintenance requests while ensuring safety and professional appearance.

Our ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be bilingual in English/Spanish, and be willing to work evenings or weekends on call.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (and Spanish preferred).
• Must be able to follow directions and work with residents and staff.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends on call.
• Able to read and understand information and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional appearance and comply with uniform standards.
• Demonstrate safety awareness and ability to handle equipment responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property's landscape and exterior areas including driveways, parking lots, curbs, and common areas; perform routine pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Provide world-class customer service by addressing resident concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support maintenance staff on other projects as needed.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
