Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Groundskeeper, Multifamily for the Aurora area. You will maintain landscapes, driveways, and exterior spaces, ensuring a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.

Role requires customer service focus, professional presentation, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends. You will collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and office staff to keep properties in top condition.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends on call.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (and Spanish).
• Maintain professional appearance and customer service.
• Follow safety protocols and use of maintenance tools.
• Ability to read and understand written information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property landscape and exterior areas including driveways, parking lots, curb areas, and pool surroundings.
• Provide world class customer service to residents in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist maintenance staff on other projects as needed.
• Adhere to Cushman & Wakefield uniform and appearance standards.
• Follow safety procedures and safeguard tools and equipment.
