Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Groundskeeper for The Fredd multifamily community in San Antonio, TX. You will support property upkeep, landscape maintenance, and exterior cleanliness while delivering exceptional resident service.

This hands-on role requires reliable, on-time work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols and dress in company uniform. Evening or weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property landscape and exterior areas including driveways, parking lots, and public spaces.
• Handle flowerbeds, plants, lawn, and general gardening.
• Assist with pool cleaning or routine maintenance as needed.
• Provide world class customer service to residents in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by maintenance supervision.
