Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Groundskeeper for Multifamily properties in the Dallas area. You will maintain landscapes, upkeeping exterior areas, and perform pool maintenance as needed. The role emphasizes customer service to residents and adherence to safety and uniform standards.

The position requires flexibility to work evenings or weekends and ability to communicate in English or Spanish. Candidates should be professional, punctual, and able to read and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property landscape and exterior image, including driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, and pool areas.
• Provide world-class customer service by addressing resident maintenance needs in a friendly, professional manner.
• Collaborate with Maintenance staff on other projects as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
