Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Groundskeeper, Multifamily (Floating) to support maintenance across apartment communities. You will perform landscaping upkeep, pool maintenance, snow removal, and help maintain a clean exterior image while delivering world-class service to residents.

The role requires strong communication in English (Spanish helpful), physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational training required.
• Able to read and understand safety guidelines.
• Basic customer service mindset in a property setting.
