Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Groundskeeper for Nine50 Town Lake at Midtown in Texas. You will maintain exterior areas, perform pool and grounds tasks, and deliver excellent customer service to residents.

This hands-on role requires reliability, safety awareness, and ability to work with the Maintenance Supervisor and office staff. Expected duties include on-call evenings or weekends for emergencies, wearing the company uniform, and collaborating on other maintenance projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear uniform as required.
• Able to work evenings or weekends on call if needed.
• Ability to read and understand written information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property landscape and exterior areas including driveways and parking lots.
• Provide world-class customer service to residents and address maintenance requests.
• Assist maintenance staff on other projects as needed.
• Follow Cushman & Wakefield uniform and appearance standards.
• Adhere to safety procedures and protect tools and equipment.
