Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscape and exterior areas including cleaning driveways, parking lots, and pools.
• Provide world-class customer service to residents.
• Assist maintenance and other projects as needed.
• Dress in Cushman & Wakefield uniform and maintain safety.
