Job summary

Tarantino Properties is seeking dependable Groundskeepers/Porters to maintain cleanliness, curb appeal, and the overall appearance of our apartment communities in San Antonio, TX.

You will perform duties including trash pickup, cleaning breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas; maintain dumpster areas; assist the maintenance team with light tasks; and report safety concerns to management to keep the communities neat and welcoming for residents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents
