Impact Property Solutions in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to partner with our portfolio customers and drive revenue in the multifamily flooring market. You will become fluent in our product line and promote our strategic direction to increase sales.

You will develop relationships with property managers and executives, deliver client‑focused solutions, and support the sales cycle with presentations, CRM activity, and responsive service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience, flooring experience preferred.
• Experience selling to multifamily property management companies is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation, up-to-date auto insurance, and a valid license.

Responsabilités

• Develop and build sales with existing customers while establishing new accounts.
• Prepare sales presentations based on customers' needs.
• Document sales activities and scheduling using CRM systems.
• Monitor competitive pricing, products, and installations in multifamily flooring.
• Recommend new products and policies by evaluating results and competition.
• Resolve customer issues by understanding concerns and offering solutions.
