Impact Property Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Manager to partner with and ensure the long-term success of our multifamily property clients in Tampa, FL. You will develop relationships with portfolio customers, present tailored flooring solutions, and drive revenue growth across assigned accounts.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or account management, proficiency with CRM systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects with excellent communication and negotiation

• Foundational sales knowledge and account management experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence decision-making.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet needs.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow sales with existing customers while expanding new accounts.
• Prepare sales presentations based on customer needs and opportunities.
• Utilize CRM to document activities, scheduling and reporting.
• Monitor competitive landscape in multifamily flooring market.
• Recommend new products, services, and policies based on results.
• Resolve customer concerns by understanding needs and offering solutions.
