Impact Property Solutions in Austin is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to partner with customers and drive revenue for multifamily flooring solutions. You will build and maintain relationships with portfolio clients and connect with key executives to promote products and services.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and respond quickly to client needs. Travel may be required to service customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years sales experience
• Minimum 2 years flooring experience
• Experience selling to multifamily property management
• Reliable transportation, up-to-date auto insurance and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Develop and build sales with existing customers and establish new accounts
• Prepare sales presentations tailored to customer needs
• Utilize CRM systems to document sales activities, scheduling, customer calls and reporting
• Understand pricing, products, installations in multifamily flooring
• Recommend new products and policies by evaluating results and competition
• Resolve customer concerns with solutions and guidance
