Qualifications

• Competitive, self‑motivated, and comfortable prospecting for new business.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Organized and able to independently manage a territory and pipeline.
• Sales, business development, account management, construction, property management, building materials, or related experience preferred.
• High‑potential early‑career candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business within an assigned territory.
• Prospect through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.
• Build relationships with property managers and other key decision‑makers.
• Conduct site visits and identify customer flooring needs.
• Present solutions, develop proposals, and close business.
• Grow existing accounts and recurring revenue.
• Manage your pipeline and partner with internal teams to deliver strong customer experience.
