You will drive multifamily sales from opportunity through award, build strong contractor-owner relationships, and coordinate with estimating, purchasing, and operations to win bids and ensure project handoff.

Responsibilities include managing a robust pipeline, leading proposals, and negotiating contracts while monitoring market dynamics to inform strategy and sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in multifamily, construction, or building materials.
• Strong understanding of construction documents (plans and specs).
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive multifamily business development and manage the full pre-construction sales lifecycle.
• Collaborate with estimating teams to develop accurate, competitive bids and margins.
• Lead proposal presentations, value engineering discussions, and contract negotiations.
• Serve as the primary client contact from pre-construction through project award.
• Coordinate with purchasing and operations for seamless handoff and execution.
