The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial flooring sales or related construction roles, with strong ability to read plans, price projects, and collaborate with top contractors. On-site role with Texas travel and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial flooring sales, estimating, project management, or construction experience.
• Knowledge of carpet, resilient flooring, tile, hardwood, laminate, and specialty flooring products preferred.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Experience pricing commercial construction projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction-related software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Texas as needed.
