Jobot is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our multifamily construction team in Lakeland, FL. This permanent role focuses on coordinating planning, scheduling, communication, and documentation across projects.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of construction project coordination experience, strong organization, and solid communication skills. Flexible work arrangements and a robust benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience of 2+ years as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
• Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Ensuring that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
• Coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Breaking projects into doable actions and setting timeframes.
• Assigning tasks to internal teams and assisting with schedule management.
• Making sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
• Overseeing project procurement management.
• Monitoring project progress and handle any issues that arise. Acting as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Working with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
• Using tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
• Issuing all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of agreement).
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
