Qualifications

• 10+ years of multifamily construction experience.
• Lead wrap-style multifamily projects with parking garages and amenity decks.
• Strong knowledge of Florida construction processes, inspections, and permitting.
• Experience managing subcontractors, field staff, schedules, and daily site operations.
• Full construction process experience including walkthroughs, punchouts, closeout.
• Ability to prevent project delays.
• Coordinate inspections, safety compliance, and production scheduling.
• Understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
