Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to lead large-scale, concrete-focused projects in the Tampa area. You will oversee all stages of construction, coordinate diverse teams, and drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with multifamily construction focus.
• Proven track record delivering multifamily projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from pre-construction to closeout for multifamily projects.
• Ensure work complies with project specs, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, architects, and field staff.
• Maintain high safety, quality, and productivity standards on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting.
