Job summary

SRG Residential is seeking a Project Administrator to support the construction team with comprehensive project administration, financial oversight, and contract management.

The role coordinates between construction and accounting, tracks job costs, and ensures compliance with project documentation and reporting requirements. Strong organization, communication, and proficiency in Vista/AIA are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five (5) years of previous construction coordination experience.
• Must possess excellent organization skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Proficient experience using Vista, AIA, and other construction software.
• Very strong communication, listening, and prioritization skills.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive project administration and financial oversight for construction projects.
• Monitor project financial performance and track costs from pre-development through closeout.
• Manage subcontractor and owner agreements and coordinate documentation across teams.
• Assist in preparing and managing subcontracts, letters of intent, and change orders.
• Coordinate between accounting and construction, including invoicing and lien research.
• Support VP of Project Management in tracking licenses, certificates of insurance, and safety supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
