SRM is seeking a detail-driven Senior Project Engineer to keep construction projects running smoothly. You will manage documentation flow, coordinate subcontractors, support site operations, and ensure work is completed safely and to the highest standard, working closely with Project Managers and Superintendents for project success.

Responsibilities include leading RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts, maintaining logs, and ensuring timely access to accurate information.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of construction experience.
• 3+ years of multi-family or high-rise construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong organizational skills and professional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the flow of project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project records.
• Coordinate coordination with field and office teams; manage subcontractor flow and site operations.
• Maintain project logs, identify overdue items, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist Project Managers with pricing, change orders, and forecasting; track status.
• Coordinate subcontractor coordination meetings and document key decisions.
