Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Project Manager (or Assistant PM) for a long-term culture-fit on multifamily and commercial projects.

You will initiate construction from design to close-out, coordinate with site management, and foster vendor relationships while leading 1–2 projects concurrently.

Bachelor's in Construction Management and 6+ years GC experience are preferred; local TN connections are valued. Flexible PTO and healthcare are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• 6+ years experience in Project Management with a General Contractor/Construction Management firm.

Responsibilities

• Initiate construction from design & land acquisition through buyout, scheduling to close-out.
• Coordinate with Site Management for seamless operations and problem solving.
• Foster new sub/vendor relationships and maintain existing trade-partner networks.
• Direct all facets of each project from pre-con to close-out within design, budget and schedule.
• Manage 1–2 projects concurrently on mid-rise apartment / garden-style developments.
