ARCO, a family of construction companies, seeks a Project Manager who will assume full responsibility for project performance, client satisfaction, and driving projects from design to completion. You will lead preconstruction planning, coordinate with clients and design teams, manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor buyouts, and present value engineering ideas to protect the bottom line.

Formación

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 2-10 years of construction management or engineering design experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of the project from the earliest stages of preconstruction through project closeout
• Develop preliminary concept drawings and project budget with clients and design team
• Review scope, costs, value engineering, and contracts with clients
• Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout for all trades and vendors
• Identify opportunities to procure materials or equipment to meet budget/schedule
• Develop and review subcontractor scopes of work, schedule, and site logistics with project team
• Lead preconstruction planning meetings to solve constructability/sequencing issues
• Lead weekly/bi-weekly OAC meetings on-site during construction
• Track and manage project performance vs budget; prepare pay applications and progress billing reports
