Next Phase Construction, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in delivering multifamily for-rent projects across California.

The role emphasizes coordinating with owners, consultants, and field teams to keep projects on time and within budget. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.
• Prior project management experience in construction preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand drawings & specs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in understanding and executing the Prime Contract and exhibits.
• Create and maintain a Production Schedule aligned with GMP milestones.
• Coordinate with owners, consultants, labor, and authorities; manage RFIs and submittals.
