Job summary

MID Construction Group in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager with 2–3 years of multifamily ground-up experience to help deliver high-quality residential projects on schedule.

You will oversee site teams, coordinate with trades, read plans, ensure safety and compliance, and report progress to stakeholders. This is a full-time W2 position based on Los Angeles time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of multifamily ground-up construction experience (required).
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing, electrical, and structural plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full construction lifecycle of multifamily residential projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Lead on-site construction teams with a focus on collaboration, efficiency, and productivity.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide timely project updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
