The Assistant Project Manager will assist the Senior Project Manager in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of multifamily projects, valued up to $150million. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Deal with RFIs, change orders, submittals.
- Monitor project progress and report on status to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Participate in project meetings and document minutes and action items.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, including contracts and reports.
- Help manage project budgets and track expenses.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure quality control measures in place.
- Assist in resolving issues and mitigating risks that may impact project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in construction management or project coordination, preferably in multifamily projects.
- Familiarity with construction processes, terminology, and documentation.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
