Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a multifamily development. The role supports the Project Manager in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors and internal teams to keep projects on time and within budget.

The candidate will help manage change orders, RFIs, and closeout documentation while ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in multi‑family construction is preferred.
• Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost management under the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with Subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget performance.
• Support in change orders, RFI tracking, and closeout documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety, and AHJ requirements.
