Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination for multifamily developments. You will assist with procurement, cost control, and contract administration while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Construction or Civil related field and at least 3 years of experience in multi-family construction, with proficiency in common software tools.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field.
• Experience: 3+ years managing the construction of multi-family projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook; Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe, Onscreen Takeoff are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and cost management.
• Coordinate budgets, bids, and subcontracts to maintain cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
