Northland seeks a dedicated Community Manager for The Links at High Resort in Rio Rancho, NM. You will oversee daily operations, supervise onsite staff and vendors, and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes profitability, cost control, and strong customer service in a multifamily setting. Experience with Yardi and MS Office is preferred and benefits include a competitive bonus and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Prior experience with property management software (Yardi) and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
