Job summary

Waypoint Management is growing! We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for our communities in Palm Bay, Florida.

You will oversee service standards, budgets, and a team of staff and vendors to ensure high-quality, move-in ready units. As a supervisor, you will diagnose issues, implement cost-effective repairs, and coordinate with the Community Manager to maintain safety and quality across property assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Section 608 certification types I and II required.
• CPO certification required or must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• CAMT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance service standards and operations of the property landscape.
• Manage the maintenance budget with focus on efficiency.
• Diagnose problems and repair or replace parts as needed.
• Lead the maintenance team with professionalism and accountability for results.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and review condition with contractors.
