Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations (financial, administrative, sales, marketing and maintenance).
• Develop resident retention strategies and respond to residents’ issues.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests; ensure preventive maintenance programs are followed.
• Prepare and review operating income/expense budgets and reports; monitor budgets and vendor statements.
• Hire, train, supervise, and mentor property staff in line with company policies.
