Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of property management experience.
• Advanced MS Office Word/Excel and computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; prior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property to ensure standards and safety compliance; act to meet regulations.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage repairs and maintenance requests and oversee vacant units.
• Coordinate budgets with Regional Manager and ensure adherence to BH policy.
• Review income/expense reports and accounts receivable; report variances.
• Hire, train, supervise and mentor property staff; conduct evaluations.
