BH Management, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community, including finance, admin, sales, marketing and maintenance. The role focuses on safe, compliant, profitable property performance and exceptional customer service for residents.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of property management experience, strong MS Office skills, and proven leadership; a High School diploma or GED is required, with some college preferred.

Qualificações

• 3 years of property management experience required.
• Advanced MS Office Word/Excel and computer technology skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• High School or GED required; some college preferred; state leasing license may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily property operations including financial, administrative, sales, marketing and maintenance.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Monitor budgets, reports and vendor statements; manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Hire, train and mentor property staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and resident satisfaction.
