Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead client projects from estimate to turnkey completion. You will coordinate project scopes, staff, and subcontractors, targeting on-time delivery within budget while maintaining strong relationships with clients and architects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating commercial projects with Timberline, Procore, Bluebeam, Paskr or similar software systems.
• 3+ year or more of estimating & project managing experience with commercial TI/Build-Out projects.
• Local Nashville (Middle-Tn) relationships and exposure to coordinating with Architects & Investment/Development companies.
• Experience with negotiating material prices & scheduling orders, deliveries, etc.
• 4 year college degree or equivalent (construction management) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects & clientele including the project staff and subcontractors/vendors.
• The PM estimates the projects & plans, coordinates all activities of each designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget parameters.
