Qualifications

• Prior experience in multifamily residential maintenance.
• Ability to travel between properties as required.
• Strong communication and customer-service approach.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders across multiple properties in a timely and professional manner.
• Travel between communities and adapt to changing priorities.
• Diagnose maintenance issues and determine repair methods.
• Coordinate with vendors for complex tasks.
• Communicate status with Maintenance Supervisor, Property Manager, residents, and teammates.
• Document work performed, parts used, and time spent in the work order system.
