Blanton Turner is seeking a highly organized Centralized Maintenance Technician II to support our portfolio of multifamily properties across the Pacific Northwest. You will handle diverse tasks—from clearing drains to door and lock work, and Make-Ready support—while prioritizing safety and resident satisfaction.

The role offers a 40-hour workweek, a Monday–Friday schedule with after-hours coverage, and comprehensive benefits including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in multifamily residential maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, or related trade.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize work across multiple properties and communicate clearly with residents and teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders across multiple properties in a timely, professional manner.
• Travel between communities and adjust to changing priorities and schedules.
• Diagnose maintenance issues and determine repair methods.
• Coordinate with vendors for complex work items and document work performed.
