Job summary

Full Circle Communities is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to keep our properties in top condition. This role focuses on daily maintenance operations, unit turnovers, and rapid response to property emergencies, ensuring resident satisfaction and safe living environments.

The position requires hands-on work, attention to safety, and collaboration with on-site leadership to manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and grounds upkeep.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time maintenance experience or related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Complete property work orders safely and promptly.
• Trash-out vacant units within 48 hours.
• Prepare units for occupancy and maintain make-ready status.
• Service appliances, plumbing, and electrical fixtures in units.
• Re-key apartments and assist with move-in/move-out inspections.
• Maintain property grounds and building interiors/exteriors.
• Conduct daily property walk-downs and ensure curb appeal.
• Follow safety guidelines and standby for after-hours emergencies.
