Job summary

Sterling Management, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital improvement initiatives across a defined multifamily portfolio region. You will partner with leadership to oversee contractors, define scope, manage schedules, and ensure quality in every project.

Responsibilities include budgets, forecasts, vendor negotiations, and payment processing while maintaining thorough records for investors and leadership. Growth-focused and values-driven culture highlighted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and insurability requirements.
• Strong understanding of local building codes and permitting processes.
• Proficiency in English reading/writing/verbal communication.
• Five+ years of construction project management preferred.
• Multifamily experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Oversee contractor and vendor management from prequalification to close-out.
• Review invoices, change orders, and ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor lien waivers and warranty documentation.
• Maintain project records, schedules and financial reporting.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and efficiencies.
• Coordinate with property management and portfolio teams.
