The Rosenblum Companies is seeking a full-time Building Maintenance Technician to support our Multifamily Property Management team. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, inspect properties, and address defects to preserve asset value.

Strong carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge is required, along with a willingness to be on-call and to travel between locations. Minimum GED or equivalent with trade education or apprenticeship, plus 3 years of related experience.

Competenze

• Minimum GED or equivalent; accredited trade school or apprenticeship.
• Minimum three (3) years of building maintenance experience.
• General knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• OSHA 10 and Fair Housing certification completed within 90 days of hire.
• Knowledge of safe work practices and basic computer/smartphone usage.
• Ability to operate building maintenance equipment and tools.
• Ability to travel between locations with reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work rotating on-call schedule and overtime as required.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and team.

Mansioni

• Ensure interior and exterior properties meet RDC standards.
• Inspect buildings; maintain cleanliness, functionality, and quality of common areas.
• Identify deficiencies or hazards and ensure prompt corrective actions.
• Complete work orders timely and close them out per standards.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.
• Interface with tenants and guests to support a positive experience.
