Qualifications

• Three+ years of residential multifamily property maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with electrical and plumbing work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and common areas.
• Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, and other systems as needed.
• Participate in on-call emergency response per policy.
• Manage turnover of empty units including minor renovations.
• Contribute to other duties as assigned in the job description.
