MMS Group is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician for a 123-unit residential property in Camden, NJ. The role focuses on upkeep of apartment homes, common areas, and unit turnovers, with responsibilities spanning basic repairs, flooring installation, and on-call emergency responses.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of multifamily property experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, plus a valid driver’s license and basic tools.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of residential multifamily property maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Valid driver’s license required and basic tools on site.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain residential apartment homes and common areas on the property.
• Perform repairs in apartments and around the property (electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Install flooring and manage unit turnover processes.
• Participate in on-call emergency rotation and respond per policy.
• Handle additional duties as outlined in the job description.
