MMS Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Camden, NJ team. The role focuses on upkeep and unit turns for a 123-unit property, handling building exteriors, interiors, and public areas. You will perform repairs and installations to maintain high standards of living for residents.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of residential maintenance, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. On-call rotation and safety certifications are part of the duties.

Formación

• Three+ years of residential multifamily property maintenance experience.
• Proficient in basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain residential apartment homes and common areas, including exteriors and interiors.
• Perform repairs in apartments and on the property (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Install tile and laminate flooring.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Manage turnover of empty units including drywall, painting, and fixture repairs.
• Perform other duties as needed per the job description.
