Job summary

Harbor Group Management seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at our multifamily community in Virginia Beach. You will assist the Property Manager with rent collection, leasing support, financial reporting, and resident relations to ensure smooth property performance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in multifamily property management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or MRI.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of multifamily property management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and post rent and manage delinquencies.
• Prepare daily deposits and financial reports.
• Process accounts payable and vendor invoices.
• Assist with leasing including showings and applications.
• Respond to resident inquiries and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely unit turns.
