Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Comfortable with GL postings and security deposit accounting.
• Experience with social media platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments; manage delinquencies and collect procedures.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts; produce financial reports.
• Process accounts payable and vendor invoices with proper coding and approvals.
• Assist with month-end close, GL postings, and security deposit accounting.
• Assist leasing through showing units, processing applications, and lease execution.
• Support lease renewals and educate residents on policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely unit turns and service requests.
• Act as on-site supervisor in the Property Manager's absence.
• Train and supervise property staff as needed.
