Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience preferred.
• Experience with resident accounts, delinquency, renewals, and lease administration.
• Strong administrative and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident accounts, balances, and delinquency; follow up as needed.
• Process and monitor payments, fees, credits, and activity.
• Review ledgers and research discrepancies.
• Prepare collection notices and maintain documentation.
• Monitor renewal activity and renewal offers.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and required docs.
• Assist Leasing Consultants with inquiries, tours, applications, and follow-up.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and file organization.
• Support maintenance with aging work orders and apartment turns.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and company policies.
