Atlantic Housing Foundation, Inc. seeks an Associate Asset Manager to support financial, operational, compliance, and risk oversight of its multifamily portfolio. You will monitor assets, analyze performance, and coordinate reporting across departments and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of asset management, real estate finance, property management, or related experience.
• Experience in multifamily real estate, affordable housing, LIHTC, HUD preferred.
• Strong financial analysis skills and ability to interpret property financial statements, budgets, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor asset performance and coordinate reporting for assigned properties.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly property financial statements, operating reports, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Identify variances, risks, and opportunities; report to Asset Management leadership.
• Collaborate with Property Management, Accounting, Development, Construction, lenders, and investors.
• Support budgeting, capital plans, and asset preservation initiatives.
• Coordinate with lenders, investors, and external stakeholders on reporting and inquiries.
