Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Real Estate.
• Familiarity with real estate operations, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with corporate and property stakeholders to identify business needs and champion adoption of initiatives.
• Prepare complex KPI analyses to identify trends and propose solutions for financial outcomes.
• Generate annual budgets, perform variance analyses, and track benchmarks with onsite teams.
• Consolidate reporting packages and manage investor relationships.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive investment underwriting performance.
