Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of business-related experience (entry-level to early-career).
• Strong interest and passion for real estate finance/investing.
• Time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Support asset management in developing and executing strategic asset plans to maximize portfolio value.
• Report performance results to senior leadership.
• Manage the complex capital stack for the portfolio.
• Assist with financing/transactional needs: LP Buyouts, Refinancings, Recapitalizations, Dispositions, LIHTC Resyndications.
• Analyze property financials monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Research partnership agreements, financing documents, regulatory agreements, tax returns, and other source documents.
• Coordinate communications with investors, lenders, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Forge strong relationships with operating partners and escalate concerns when needed.
• Be active in the creation of annual operating and capital budgets.
• Support Compliance monitoring across government agencies and programs.
• Monitor reporting programs and flag deviations.
• Participate in ad hoc asset management projects.
