Carmel Partners, a leading real estate investment manager, seeks a Senior Analyst, Asset Management, in our New York office. The role supports maximizing performance and investment returns across assets, with a focus on portfolio assets in the Washington, DC market and occasional travel there.

Prior multifamily experience in DC is a plus but not required. We value diverse teams and career growth; this role offers exposure to high-impact asset strategies and collaborative leadership across onsite

Qualifications

• Analyses property-level financial performance, operating results, and market trends to inform asset-level business planning.
• Collaborates with onsite management to monitor budgets and drive operational improvements.
• Participates in annual budgeting, reforecasts and monthly reviews to evaluate performance against objectives.

Responsabilités

• Analyze property-level financial and operating performance, including budget variances, leasing activity, occupancy, lease expirations and market trends; identify risks, opportunities and recommended actions.
• Partner with onsite property management teams to monitor execution of operating budgets and asset-level business plans, follow up on performance issues and support operational improvements.
• Participate in annual property budgeting, periodic reforecasts and monthly financial reviews; evaluate assumptions, trends and performance against established objectives.
• Prepare analysis and recommendations for biweekly revenue management and pricing discussions, using historical and current rents, absorption, occupancy and lease expiration data.
• Support the development of assets and portfolio strategies across the New York and Washington, DC markets.
