Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 0–5 years of relevant multifamily real estate experience.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; ability to analyze portfolio performance.

Responsibilities

• Support management of acquired multifamily investments and assist in developing business plans.
• Develop detailed operating budgets and coordinate plan implementation with stakeholders.
• Prepare financial analyses and hold/sell scenarios for investment strategies.
• Participate in due diligence, underwriting, and asset disposition activities.
