Job summary

MIG Real Estate LLC is seeking a Multifamily Asset Management Analyst to support senior asset and revenue managers across a portfolio of 6,200 units in AZ, CA, CO and WA. The role blends financial analysis with operational oversight and requires close collaboration with third-party property management teams to improve NOI and property value.

The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and emphasizes disciplined underwriting, asset management oversight, and ongoing performance reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in real estate asset management, property management oversight, or real estate finance.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Yardi, Knock CRM, Microsoft Power BI and RealPage AIRM preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Willingness to travel for periodic property site visits

Responsibilities

• Asset Management & Performance Monitoring: Monitor asset performance versus budget, forecast, underwriting and overall market conditions; Analyze operating statements, rent rolls, and variance reports; Identify risks and performance gaps and support corrective action planning; Assist in developing portfolio standards and benchmarking; Prepare regular reports on leasing, financial, key operating metrics and capital performance.
